Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to oversee our real estate branch operations. The Candidate will be responsible for leading a team of real estate sales, driving sales, and ensuring the branch meets its financial and operational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Provide effective leadership, guidance, and support to the branch team.
  • Set and communicate clear performance objectives, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to maximize team productivity and morale.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the business as per requirement.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring exceptional customer service.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on real estate transactions and market trends.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through quality service delivery.

Operations and Administration:

  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including administrative tasks and financial management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement systems and processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  2. Proven experience in Real Estate Sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Manager OR Team Leader role.
  3. Strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve results.
  4. Strong understanding of the local real estate market and industry regulations as well.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  7. Knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.
  8. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
