Lead Generation Specialist - Real Estate

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive / Specialist specifically from Real Estate to join our dynamic team.   Oversee and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, engaging with our audience and promoting our services.

• Analyze Performance:

  Track and analyze digital marketing metrics using tools like Google Analytics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Execute Campaigns:

  Develop and manage digital ad campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook /Meta Ads and other social media ads, to drive conversions and achieve marketing objectives.

• Conduct Market Research:

  Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and real estate market developments to inform strategy and campaign decisions.

• Collaborate:

  Work closely with our sales and real estate teams to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

• Experience:

  Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, particularly within the Real Estate Industry, is highly preferred.

  Proficiency in SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media management, and digital analytics.

• Creativity:
