Who You Are

This role will require you on a daily basis to embody a strong business acumen combined with an operational excellence mindset built on a strong technology foundation. You should have hands-on experience in implementing SaaS solutions to a wide variety of customers. You should be a great team leader, customer obsessed, data focused and comfortable advocating for your plans and explaining business results to our company’s most senior executives. Perhaps most importantly, you should have a passion for customer outcomes, delighting customers around the globe with new and innovative experiences and ensure a win-win relationship for our customers and Aviso AI.


Your Responsibilities

  • Own overall Professional Services (Implementation, Monitoring & Customer Support) responsibilities globally for a world class AI-based cloud native platform.
  • Own Customer onboarding journey - nurture customer relationships right from contract signature to go-live with a deep understanding of their business needs, processes and ability to configure the Aviso platform to meet those business needs.
  • Implementation Execution – Leverage global SaaS platform implementation best practices, prior implementation background and execution to build best-in-class onboarding and customer onboarding experience.
  • Organization building – create and nurture a strong talent pool of Implementation & Support engineers to ensure a 24x7 and delightful implementation experience for Aviso’s global customer base.
  • Customer presence – Strong executive presence to be the face of Aviso platform to new and existing customers.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success, Engineering, Data Science and Product Management functions to deliver an innovative, compelling and user-friendly enterprise onboarding experience to our customers.
  • Develop an automation-first mindset to ensure routine, repeated tasks and processes are automated and easily monitored without additional overhead.
  • Develop and grow leadership talent through active mentoring, coaching, succession planning and retention strategies for key talent in a growing, competitive environment.
  • Process excellence – implement robust metric driven processes across the implementation organization with a maniacal focus on automation, productivity, scale & reliability.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. Master’s Degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of professional experience in technology leadership with a demonstrated track record of successful end-to-end enterprise software implementations in the CRM, SaaS or AI space
  • Documented experience deploying and configuring high-growth enterprise products like SFDC, MS Dynamics, BI or data platforms.
  • Combination of prior work experience at large enterprises and high-tech consulting firms.
  • Prior startup experience is a plus.
  • Ability to wear multiple hats simultaneously and adopt a fail-fast approach.
  • Proven experience creating a high-performance, transparent environment focused on accountability and results, preferably managing several globally distributed teams.
  • Ability to leverage network and reputation to attract world class talent across multiple locations.
  • As a leader, excite and inspire peak performance with unquestionable ethics and sound judgement; embraces a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality, with pragmatism and bias for action
