Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Bhubaneswar for a Vice President of Sales. The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales operations, leading the sales team, and driving business growth. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with key accounts, overseeing sales pipelines, and collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development to drive revenue growth and identify new market opportunities.
  • Experience in Account Management and building long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Skills in Sales Operations and Sales Management, including team leadership, pipeline management, and performance analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and meet aggressive targets.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software, and the ability to analyze and interpret sales data effectively.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior sales or business development role, preferably in a relevant industry, is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is essential; an MBA is preferred.
