Vice President of Sales

You are seeking a highly experienced, self-driven, and results-oriented Vice President with a strong futuristic vision to lead the Generic Pharma division. Bringing deep industry expertise, strong distributor networks, and proven leadership capabilities in driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence are key qualities expected from the ideal candidate. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide strategic leadership to the Generic Pharma division to achieve aggressive growth and profitability targets. - Develop and execute sales strategies across key territories including South India, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and West Bengal. - Strengthen and expand relationships with Generic Pharma distributors, C&F agents, and Class A stockists across major capital cities. - Ensure robust P&L management with a strong focus on achieving a minimum 75 EBITDA. - Build, lead, and retain a high-performing sales and operations team. - Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and fast-moving generic product opportunities to drive business decisions. - Maintain tight control over sales, collections, and credit discipline. - Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to make quick, informed decisions. - Oversee process automation and ensure high-level computer literacy within the team. **Candidate Profile:** - Experience: Minimum 15 years in the Generic Pharma segment with proven leadership experience (GM/AGM level preferred). - Strong nationwide network of generic distributors, CAs, and key stockists. - Demonstrated success in managing large teams and ensuring high retention. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make quick, effective business decisions. - Sound understanding of fast-moving generic products and market dynamics. - Proven P&L orientation and ability to deliver high-margin business results. - High level of computer literacy and comfort with digital systems.
