Job Summary:


Vice President – Sales


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead, guide, and empower the sales team to achieve organizational sales and revenue goals.
  • Develop and execute business strategies for

    industrial and commercial solar projects

    (captive, open access, and ground-mounted).
  • Take full ownership of

    deal closures

    — from client acquisition, proposal presentation, and negotiation to final contract signing.
  • Conduct

    client meetings, site visits, and field engagements

    to drive conversions and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with technical and finance teams to create customized solar proposals and commercial offers.
  • Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with decision-makers in industrial and corporate sectors.
  • Track sales performance, monitor pipelines, and provide accurate revenue forecasts to management.
  • Ensure the team adheres to company policies, timely payment collection, and proper documentation.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry forums to promote Fox Energy’s capabilities.

  • Strong understanding of solar project economics, regulatory frameworks, and client ROI models.

    travel extensively

    for client meetings and site visits.


Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field;

    MBA preferred

    .
  • 7+ years of experience

    in sales within the

    solar energy or renewable sector

    , with at least

    2–4 years in a senior leadership role

    .
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams and closing multi-megawatt solar projects.
