Vice President of Sales

Role Overview: As the Vice President Sales at Fox Energy, you will play a crucial role in driving the business growth of ground-mounted and captive solar energy projects. Your visionary leadership, exceptional communication skills, and market understanding will be key in achieving revenue goals, closing large-scale deals, and leading a high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, guide, and empower the sales team to achieve organizational sales and revenue goals. - Develop and execute business strategies for industrial and commercial solar projects (captive, open access, and ground-mounted). - Take full ownership of deal closures from client acquisition, proposal presentation, and negotiation to final contract signing. - Conduct client meetings, site visits, and field engagements to drive conversions and maintain strong client relationships. - Collaborate with technical and finance teams to create customized solar proposals and commercial offers. - Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with decision-makers in industrial and corporate sectors. - Track sales performance, monitor pipelines, and provide accurate revenue forecasts to management. - Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry forums to promote Fox Energy's capabilities. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred. - 7+ years of experience in sales within the solar energy or renewable sector, with at least 2-4 years in a senior leadership role. - Proven expertise in solar project sales - captive, open access, or ground-mounted systems. - Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on performance and results. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. - Strong understanding of solar project economics, regulatory frameworks, and client ROI models. - Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.,
