Role Overview: You are looking for a Qualified CA, CFA (USA), MBA-Finance with 4-6 years of experience in Valuations and Financial Modeling, specifically managing end-to-end Valuation Assignments for Indian Clients. Your responsibilities will include planning, team/client management, execution, and timely delivery of assignments with quality. The job is based in Gurgaon with occasional travel to client locations in Delhi NCR or elsewhere as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Manage various engagements such as Business Valuations, Intangible Valuations, PPA, Convertible Securities, and ESOP valuations - Handle multiple client engagements and interactions effectively - Demonstrate sound knowledge of Indian Laws and Regulations pertaining to valuation requirements - Plan and manage projects efficiently to ensure timely delivery and high quality - Lead team management, delivery management, and quality management - Assess requirements, develop client briefs, valuation methodology, and approach independently - Develop talents to align with the firm's growth - Utilize computer skills including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Utilize working knowledge of databases like Capital IQ, PitchBook, and Thomson Reuters Qualifications Required: - Qualified CA, CFA (USA), MBA-Finance - 4-6 years of relevant experience in Valuations and Financial Modeling - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team - Creative problem-solving skills - Proactive, sincere, and go-getter attitude - Ability to multitask effectively - Positive attitude and innovative mindset Location: Gurgaon Financial Compensation: As per Industry Norms,
