Job Description

The Valuations Group specializes in the valuation of a wide spectrum of businesses, shares, and assets (tangible and intangible) to assist clients in making key decisions in various areas, including strategic transactions such as acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, and joint ventures, as well as internal/financial restructuring, strategic decision-making, and legal issues. With 6-8 years of experience and an educational qualification of MBA/CA, this role as a Manager in Valuations based in Mumbai requires a candidate with a solid academic track record and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate should possess an in-depth understanding of valuation methodologies, including cost of capital, DCF, and other valuation tools, with meticulous attention to detail. The role demands a self-motivated individual who can thrive with minimal supervision in a dynamic work environment. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with databases such as Bloomberg, Capitaline, etc., would be advantageous. While internship experience in valuations or corporate finance is a plus, it is not a mandatory requirement for this position.,
