Valuation Manager

As an experienced professional with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in valuation and investment banking, you will be joining a dynamic team where your deep technical knowledge, strong team leading qualities, and excellent client management capabilities will be highly valued. **Key Responsibilities Include:** - Independently lead and support complex valuation engagements, including enterprise valuations, purchase price allocations, and impairment testing, using globally accepted approaches (Income, Market, Cost/Asset). - Build, review, and refine detailed financial models for business valuations, investment analysis, and transaction structuring. Apply sound judgment in interpreting financial results and projecting performance. - Conduct deep-dive industry, company, and market research to support valuations and strategic recommendations. Translate data into actionable insights. - Prepare clear, concise, and insightful valuation reports, and client proposal presentations. - Support buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, including due diligence, target screening, deal structuring analysis, and input on key commercial drivers and risks. - Engage with clients, auditors, and internal teams. Confidently present findings and defend valuation assumptions as needed. - Mentor and guide junior analysts and associates.
