Accounts Executive - Finance & Accounts

Acupro is seeking a detail-oriented and committed Accountant to join our team. This role involves handling daily accounting operations and ensuring accurate compliance for a range of clients across industries. Freshers with a solid foundation in accounting are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records using Tally, Zoho, or other ERP systems.
• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and assist with other statutory compliances.
• Support in the preparation of financial statements and audit reports.
• Manage bank reconciliations, invoicing, and accounts payable/receivable.
• Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Coordinate with clients for data collection, queries, and documentation.
• Organize and maintain financial records, working papers, and backup files systematically.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• Familiarity with Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting/ERP software is a plus.
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
