About Us: Acupro is a fast-growing firm providing expert services in Accounting, Taxation, and Audit. We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for client engagement, strong follow-through, and the ability to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead Management: Track, manage, and follow up on incoming leads through CRM or other lead tracking systems. Identify potential business opportunities and nurture leads through the sales pipeline. Proposal Management: Prepare and send timely, tailored proposals to prospective clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals are aligned with client requirements and expectations. Contract Renewals: Monitor and manage timelines for contract renewals. Work closely with the Revenue Manager to finalize renewal terms and support client retention strategies. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 5–7years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
