409.AI, is a FinTech startup using artificial intelligence to revolutionize 409A Business Valuations, making them faster, cheaper, and easier.

• Managing valuation engagements for multiple clients on daily basis.
• Ensuring high quality deliverables.
• Perform review and quality check of the deliverables.
• Collaborate with the tech team on improving the product and performing quality checks.
• Ability to explain the valuation and the valuation process in simple English to clients.

Desired Profile:

• Strong experience in business valuation concepts.
• Experienced in performing valuations for Estate & Gift Tax Planning, 409A, ESOPs, Portfolio valuation and General Business Valuations.
• Strong technical and financial knowledge.
• The ability to effectively work as an individual contributor and manage a team of junior valuators possess strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication.
• Possesses the art of working under pressure and delivering.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of core valuation experience.
