About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and visionary UX Manager with 8+ years of progressive experience in user experience and interface design. This role is ideal for a leader who combines deep UX expertise with strategic thinking and people management skills. You will be responsible for guiding the end-to-end UX process, mentoring a team of designers and researchers, and championing user-centred design across the organization.

eadership & Strategy

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UX/UI designers and user researchers.
  • Define and execute a user experience vision aligned with business goals and product roadmaps.
  • Foster a culture of design thinking, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other stakeholders to integrate UX at every stage of the product lifecycle.

Design & Execution

  • Guide the design of intuitive, elegant, and effective digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
  • Oversee the creation of wireframes, prototypes, user flows, interaction models, and final visual designs.
  • Advocate for usability, accessibility, and design consistency across all user touchpoints.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform and validate design decisions.

Operations & Process

  • Establish UX design standards, best practices, and scalable design systems.
  • Manage UX resources, project timelines, and design deliverables across multiple initiatives.
  • Track performance metrics and user feedback to iterate and improve design outcomes.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric digital products.
  • 3+ years of experience managing and growing UX teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expert-level proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
  • Strong understanding of interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and user research.
  • Experience conducting or guiding usability testing, interviews, surveys, and analytics reviews.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS products, eCommerce, or mobile apps.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript for better collaboration with developers.
  • Experience scaling design teams, building design systems, or leading design operations.
  • Deep knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design.
