UX Manager

As a UX Manager with 5 years of experience, your role involves creating better product experiences through functional design solutions. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that the product flows logically from one step to the next. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Gather information about users to develop empathy and understanding. - Develop strategic plans for the UX team. - Lead and mentor direct reports, make hiring decisions, and provide feedback on research and design work. - Share design expertise across the organization. - Understand business requirements and project goals. - Develop user journeys for the best possible experience. - Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams. - Have a keen eye for detail and simplify user experience. - Build and maintain team values and positive team culture. - Manage projects and deadlines, prioritize work, and ensure timely delivery. **Skills:** - Understanding of UX principles and methodologies. - Ability to incorporate feedback and design inputs. - Familiarity with Web and mobile UX best practices. - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. - Experience in B2B & B2C project design delivery. - Experience in handling International Clients from presales to delivery. - Expertise in UX research and design aspects including information architecture, prototypes, research, testing, visual design, and wireframes. - Degree in any Design discipline with Interaction Design preferred.,
