Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Administrator, with a strong focus on system configuration and business process optimization. Salesforce Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
