Job Description

Roles &Responsibilities:

Project Management

  • Lead and manage Salesforce projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against these metrics.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring project objectives are met.
  • Ensure end-to-end project operations and deliverables defined targets are met.

Client Engagement

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Technical Oversight

  • Collaborate with technical teams to design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery by conducting regular code reviews and performance evaluations.
  • Salesforce certifications are PLUS

Production Support And Development

  • Manage production support activities, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Oversee development projects, ensuring adherence to development standards and methodologies.
  • Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of production support and development activities.

Governance And Reporting

  • Prepare and present regular project reports, highlighting progress, risks, and issues.
  • Track and report project progress through key performance indicators (KPIs)

People Management

  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Monitor and improve team productivity, ensuring team performance meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Have prior experience of managing a team of 10-20 people.

Value-Added Services

  • Continuously seek opportunities to deliver value-added services to clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • 8-12 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Salesforce applications.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end support and development Salesforce projects.
  • Ideally having a Salesforce certification.
  • Strong client-facing experience with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce platform and its capabilities.
  • Strong governance and reporting skills.
  • Excellent people management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
