You have end-to-end responsibility for planning, designing, and implementing the future CLM in a Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute test plans for Salesforce applications, with a focus on Communities and Portals. Implement and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Java. Write and execute SOQL queries for backend testing and data validation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Analyze and report on test results, providing actionable insights to improve product quality. Develop new automation scripts as well as maintain the existing automation Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on best practices for test automation. Maintain an in-depth understanding of the Salesforce database schema and data models. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in testing Salesforce applications, including Communities and Portals. 5+ years of experience in Selenium automation using Java. Proficiency in writing SOQL queries for backend testing. Strong knowledge of database schema and data structures. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Experience with CI/CD tools and frameworks. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Location: Hyderabad, Telangana. Hybrid model - At least 3 days a week to work from our office. Work timings: 3 pm - 12 am Indian Standard Time. Responsibilities Gather, Analyze and document Business Requirements, Use cases and Business Processes. Create functional specifications documents and review business specifications with clients. Coordinate with Onsite and Offshore teams to track the deliverables. Coordinate with different stakeholders like Customer in Requirements phase, Solution Architects in Design phase, Developers in Build phase, etc. Preparing demos to show customers. Creating training documents and train users. Help with testing as needed. Provide clarifications to developers and QAs in resolving defects. Coordinate and manage UAT with the business and Go-Live Activities. Experience and Expectations 5+ years of experience in translating the requirements to configurations in Salesforce applications and platforms in terms of page layouts, custom fields, processes, workflows, user access setups, reports and dashboards. Experience in preparing detailed project artifacts, including: business scope and requirements, user stories/user scenarios, wireframes, process maps, screen flow diagrams, business rules, business data models, user security needs, test plans and project plans Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Leading Junior & Intermediate Developers Primary Skills: Strong knowledge with Service Cloud, CRM Analytics & Service Business Processes (Email to Case, Web to Case, Digital Engagement (Chat, Messaging), Phone to Case, CTI Vendors, Omnichannel, Knowledge, Case Routing, Queues, Public Groups, and User Group Assignments) Participate in discussions and negotiations with business representatives about requested functionality Experience with Salesforce Governor limits Knowledge of the Best Practices used for development and implementation of the Salesforce applications, ability to lead the development of the end-to-end Salesforce solutions using OOB, Configuration and Customization - Lightning components, APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Formulas Working experience with automation of the business processes using Salesforce automation tools: Lightning flows, Workflows, Assignment Rules, and Alerts Experience with building the integrations between Salesforce and Cloud/On-Prem external applications using REST, SOAP APIs, oath and Single Sign-On Experience with data updates data migration using Data Loader and other Salesforce tools Participate in the code reviews and ensure the code achieves appropriate test coverage Analytical skills and ability to debug and resolve issues/defects Ability to author technical solution approach and design documentation Working experience of the DevOps processes: migrate changes from development to QA to production environment using Flosum or other industry leading tools Salesforce Certification: Admin, Platform Developer 1 Secondary Skills: Some Project Management Skills Knowledge of the Scaled Agile Methodology including program increments, PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and other Scaled Agile ceremonies.
