Job Description

As a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst (BA) cum PMO, your primary role will involve leading business requirement analysis, solution design, and Salesforce configuration across multiple clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Your responsibilities will also include supporting program governance, tracking, reporting, and coordination across stakeholders. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Lead requirement gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions. - Translate business requirements into functional specs, epics, user stories, and process flows aligned with Salesforce capabilities. - Partner with architects, developers, and admins to design scalable, best-practice Salesforce solutions. - Configure Salesforce (custom objects, fields, workflows, flows, Lightning pages, validation rules) to meet business needs. - Oversee data migration, integration, and cleansing activities, ensuring accuracy and integrity. - Provide user support, training, and adoption guidance to maximize Salesforce ROI. - Stay ahead of Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices to recommend continuous improvements. In terms of PMO & Program Governance, you will: - Act as a bridge between business, IT, and leadership teams to ensure clear communication and alignment. - Support program/project governance including planning, milestone tracking, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management, and reporting. - Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, and steering committee presentations. - Monitor project delivery timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes. - Ensure Agile/Scrum best practices are followed and drive ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives). **Requirements:** - **Education:** Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline. - **Experience:** Minimum 6-8 years as a Salesforce BA/Administrator, with at least 2-3 years in a senior/lead role. Exposure to PMO or project governance responsibilities required. - **Salesforce Expertise:** Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud (Experience Cloud is a plus). Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, awareness of Lightning Web Components (LWC), and hands-on experience with data management, migration, and integration are essential. - **Certifications:** Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) required; advanced certs (App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Business Analyst, PMP/PMI-ACP) preferred. **BA & PMO Skills:** - Strong requirement analysis, documentation, and solutioning skills. - Proven ability to prepare program-level reports, dashboards, and executive summaries. - Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. **Non-Technical Skills:** - Good communication skills (written & spoken). - Stakeholder Management. - Problem Solving. - Leadership Skills. - Flexibility to work across teams/clients.,
