You will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Financial Service Cloud (FSC) solutions. Your deep expertise in financial services industry practices, Salesforce platform capabilities, and FSC-specific features will ensure optimal configuration and integration to meet business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include designing and architecting scalable, secure, and high-performance FSC solutions aligned with client requirements. You will lead technical workshops, collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications, and oversee the implementation of FSC customization, including data models, workflows, and integrations. Providing guidance on best practices for FSC architecture, data security, and compliance, developing proof of concepts, technical designs, and migration strategies, as well as mentoring and coordinating with development teams, vendors, and other stakeholders will be part of your role. You will also ensure adherence to Salesforce architecture standards and quality metrics, while staying updated with the latest FSC features, Salesforce releases, and industry trends. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with a specific focus on FSC. Proven experience in designing and implementing FSC solutions for financial services organizations will be essential. The required certifications/skills include Salesforce Certified Financial Cloud Accredited Professional (if available), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, and Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (preferred). You should have a strong understanding of financial services concepts, compliance requirements, and industry best practices, as well as expertise in Salesforce Lightning, Visualforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integrations via REST/SOAP. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, along with the ability to lead technical teams and manage multiple projects, will be critical for success in this role.,

Position Summary Join our team as a Salesforce QA Analyst and play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce Cloud applications. Job Duties Develop test plans for Salesforce Service Cloud and related apps. Collaborate with teams to define test criteria. Create test cases for functional, regression, and UAT. Execute tests manually and/or automatically. Identify, document, and track defects. Develop and maintain manual/automated Salesforce tests. Identify opportunities to improve QA via automation. Communicate defects to developers and verify fixes. Retest issues and perform regression testing. Collaborate to ensure test coverage aligns with goals. Provide testing status reports to stakeholders. Set up and manage test environments. Validate Salesforce data integrity and consistency. Support users during UAT. Ensure UAT issues are resolved. Adhere to company policies and industry standards. Promote QA best practices. Maintain test documentation. Generate and present QA reports. Conduct performance and load testing. Required Education And Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of Salesforce testing experience. Relevant certifications in Salesforce, particularly Service Cloud, or QA methodologies are highly desirable. Two or more years of Copado or other Salesforce test automation experience.
