Key Responsibilities:
Manage client accounts and recruitment delivery for US Non-IT roles
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates as per client requirements
Coordinate with clients for updates, feedback, and relationship management
Maintain recruitment metrics and ensure timely closures
Requirements:
2 4 years of experience in US Non-IT recruitment
Strong communication and client-handling skills
Hands-on with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
Willing to work from our Kolkata office
Work with international clients
