Job Description

  • 1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Design and execute a holistic recruitment strategy

    to attract, hire, and onboard top-tier talent across all departments.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from drafting job descriptions (like this one!) to negotiating offers and conducting new-hire orientation.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline and employer branding initiatives.
  • 2. HR Policy & Compliance

  • Establish, update, and enforce all internal HR policies

    and procedures (e.g., leave, code of conduct, performance management).
  • Ensure the companys HR practices are in

    full compliance

    with all relevant labor laws and regulations in India.
  • Manage and administer the payroll process, employee benefits, and compensation structures.
  • 3. Employee Development & Culture

  • Drive and foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance company culture

    that aligns with business objectives.
  • Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and continuous feedback loops.

  • Identify and coordinate employee training and development (L&D)

    needs and programs.
  • Manage employee relations, mediate conflicts, and handle disciplinary issues with fairness and discretion.
  • Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:

    Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master s degree (e.g., MBA/PGDM in HR) is a plus.

  • Experience:

    2+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least [

    ] in a managerial or leadership capacity.

  • Expert Knowledge:

    Deep understanding of current Indian labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.

  • Core Competencies:
