Job Description

This is a

full-spectrum HR role

encompassing strategic planning, talent acquisition, policy development, and culture management.
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

Design and execute a holistic recruitment strategy

to attract, hire, and onboard top-tier talent across all departments.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from drafting job descriptions (like this one!) to negotiating offers and conducting new-hire orientation.
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline and employer branding initiatives.
2. HR Policy & Compliance

Establish, update, and enforce all internal HR policies

and procedures (e.g., leave, code of conduct, performance management).
Ensure the companys HR practices are in

full compliance

with all relevant labor laws and regulations in India.
Manage and administer the payroll process, employee benefits, and compensation structures.
3. Employee Development & Culture

Drive and foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance company culture

that aligns with business objectives.
Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and continuous feedback loops.

Identify and coordinate employee training and development (L&D)

needs and programs.
Manage employee relations, mediate conflicts, and handle disciplinary issues with fairness and discretion.
Required Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master s degree (e.g., MBA/PGDM in HR) is a plus.

Experience:

2+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least [

Expert Knowledge:
