We are seeking a skilled and experienced US Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of US payroll, leveraging their expertise in SAP and ADP systems. This role is critical in ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional payroll services to our clients and their emp

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to plan, organize, and deliver moderate to complex HRO projects prioritized in alignment with the clients expectations and business needs. Projects may include multiple disciplines and/or significant business process re-engineering efforts.
  • Plan, coordinate and directs schedules.
  • Organizes project activities that may require interdepartmental meetings and communication ensuring completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraints.
  • At times directs the activities of project support staff and sub-contractors and is responsible for ensuring appropriate resources are allocated and maintained to facilitate the successful completion of the project.
  • Assigns and monitors work of subject matter expert personnel, providing support and interpretation of instructions/objectives.
  • Manages and coordinates projects priorities that require critical thinking and complex problem solving.
  • Leads and communicates project scope, goals and responsibilities to project team; establish clear stakeholder expectations, and requirements of varying degrees of complexity.
  • Develops and maintains reporting procedures and monitors performance in project control activities; prepares and distributes reports related to project activities, general project management, and financial issues.

Qualifications & Skills (Mandatory):

  • Total Experience:

    2 to 8 years of hands-on experience in

    US Payroll Processing

    .
  • Technical Proficiency:

    Proficient in

    MS Office (especially PowerPoint for presentations)

    and extensive experience with

    SAP

    and/or

    ADP

    payroll systems.
  • Domain Knowledge:

    In-depth understanding of US payroll laws, taxes, and compliance requirements.
  • Process Skills:

    Strong knowledge of HR processes, specifically within the Payroll domain, and experience in escalation handling.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience with other HCM tools like ADP, SAP.
  • Proficient in HRO Domains e.g. Payroll, Time & Attendance, WFA, Performance, Learning, Recruitment

Shift & Location:

  • This is a full-time, work-from-office position.
  • Shift Timings:

    5:30 PM to 3:00 AM IST (to provide support during US business hours).
  • Locations:

    Noida, Bengaluru
