Job description

We are seeking an experienced US Payroll Specialist with 2+ years of Experience to join our HR Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing for US employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery within the defined SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle complete US Payroll processing, including pre-payroll, processing, reconciliation, and post-payroll activities.
Ensure compliance with US tax laws, wage regulations, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with internal HR, Finance, and external vendors for payroll-related issues.
Validate payroll inputs, deductions, and adjustments with utmost accuracy.
Resolve employee queries and manage escalations related to payroll.
Generate payroll reports and ensure proper documentation and audit readiness.
Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

Mandatory: Hands-on experience in US Payroll Processing.
Strong understanding of HCM tools such as Workday, SAP HCM / Payroll, Oracle HCM / Payroll, or Kronos.
Good knowledge of US Payroll compliance, taxation, and reporting standards.
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently under tight deadlines in a night-shift environment.
