Job Description

Must Have:

2 - 8 years of hands-on experience in
end-to-end US multi-state payroll processing
.
In-depth knowledge of
US payroll tax regulations
and compliance requirements (Federal, State, SUTA, FICA).
Demonstrated proficiency with at least one major
HCM platform
(e.g.,
SAP)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle stakeholder queries professionally.

Good to Have:

Experience with
ServiceNow
or similar case management tools.
Exposure to payroll implementations or transition projects.
Familiarity with Time & Attendance systems.
