PracticeSuite has multiple challenges that awaits right talent. At the core, your contribution shall revolve around the following areas:
1. Prepare invoices – generate accurate and timely invoices.
2. Review contracts and apply appropriate rates to invoices.
3. Reconcile invoicing with system usage.
4. Implementation of pricing changes.
5. Processing daily batches.
6. Accounts receivable – contact customers regarding outstanding payments due. Assist with collections process to ensure there is no bad A/R over 60 days.
7. Assist with notification of decline in credit card charges and that their dues are collected in a timely manner.
8. Accounts payable – verification, reconciliation and analysis of AP.
9. Project support.
10. Preform reconciliations as needed.
11. Understand and improve processes. Document current processes and controls.
12. Tie inter-departmental communications to ensure operations, engineering, support, sales and onboarding are operating with the same information.
13. Rollup sleeves and do whatever it takes to the get the job done – Accounting, Administration and other aspects of the business.
14. Handle customer queries and other accounting related issues.
15. Any other duties that may arise from time to time.
1. At least 3 years prior experience in accounting working in a SaaS – recurring revenue billing
2. Experience in medical billing, revenue cycle management, practice management would be a plus
3. Ability to automate process
4. Strong Microsoft Excel skills required.
5. Roll-up the sleeve and strong team player
6. Genuine desire to do the right thing for our customers
7. Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
8. Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly professional
9. Work in an extremely fast-paced environment
10. Can multitask and adjust priorities on-the-fly requirements
11. Experience with a CRM system
12. Eager to learn, adapt and improve your work; you seek out help and put it to good use
13. Fast learner, detailed oriented and an ardent problem solver
14. Self-discipline to manage the position on a day-to-day basis
