HL7 Integration Specialist

Job Description

Key Responsibilities HL7 Requirements & Documentation : Work closely with the integration team and clients to establish clear HL7 requirements. Prepare detailed HL7 mapping documents and other necessary technical documentation. Integration Testing : Perform thorough integration testing to ensure seamless data flow and functionality between systems. Integration Support & Troubleshooting : Provide ongoing support for existing integrations. Proactively identify and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations. Project Ownership : Own integration projects, managing them end-to-end through completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality. Client Communication & Rapport : Establish effective communication channels and build strong rapport with clients to understand their needs and manage expectations. Data Analysis : Apply knowledge of complex analysis and troubleshooting of data related to integrations. Qualifications Education : Bachelors degree in Engineering or Masters in Science. Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in HL7 integrations and the US Healthcare domain. Communication : Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams. Teamwork & Independence : Ability to work both individually on tasks and collaboratively within a team environment. Analytical Skills : Proven knowledge of complex data analysis and troubleshooting.
