Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled US Accountant to manage our financial operations and ensure compliance with US accounting standards. This role involves handling payroll, preparing financial reports, conducting audits, and supporting budgeting and strategic financial planning to maintain the organization’s financial health.
Responsibilities
Manage payroll and oversee day-to-day accounting activities
Prepare accurate financial statements in line with US GAAPConduct audits to maintain financial accuracy and complianceManage month-end and year-end closing processesTrack and report financial performance to senior managementEnsure adherence to federal, state, and local financial regulationsCollaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodiesDevelop and maintain accounting policies and proceduresAssist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experienceStrong understanding of US GAAP and related accounting principlesExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systemsDetail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
