ob Summary The US Accounting role is integral to maintaining the financial health of the organization by managing all accounting operations and ensuring compliance with US financial regulations. You will oversee financial reporting, conduct audits, and ensure the integrity of financial information while supporting strategic financial planning and analysis. Responsibilities Running Payroll Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy in financial transactions Prepare and coordinate financial statements in compliance with US GAAP Conduct regular audits to ensure financial integrity and compliance Manage month-end and year-end closing processes Monitor and report on financial performance to senior management Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures Support strategic financial planning and budgeting processes Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance CPA certification preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a related field Thorough understanding of US GAAP and other accounting principles Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Skills US GAAP Financial Reporting Auditing Financial Analysis Microsoft Excel ERP Systems Tax Compliance Data Analysis Budgeting
