US Accountant

Role Overview: Viable Outsource Solution, an ISO 9001:2015 and IAF certified India based outsourcing service leader, is seeking a candidate to join their team at Noida 63 location. As a part of the team, you will be responsible for providing business-friendly solutions to enable future growth for businesses working on their expansion. Your role will involve utilizing your expertise in digital solutions to help businesses flourish digitally. Key Responsibilities: - Excellent communication skills are a must for accurately recording all financial transactions and balancing the general ledger. - Creating and distributing invoices and financial statements will be part of your daily tasks. - You will be required to file tax returns, manage company accounts, and ensure compliance with local accounting laws and regulations. - Posting debits and credits, tracking deviations from the budget, and managing data entry will be essential tasks. - Your proficiency in bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks and Xero will be crucial for the role. - Handling big international accounts and applying knowledge of accounting best practices will be expected. Qualifications: - UG/PG in Commerce Stream is required. - Fluency in English is a necessity. - Experience in the same domain is preferred. - Knowledge of bookkeeping software like QuickBooks and Xero is essential. - Exposure to handling big international accounts will be an added advantage.
