Comprehensive knowledge of large hotel brands revenue management (Hilton GRO, Marriott One Yield, Hyatt Pro and IHG Systems will be preferred ). In-depth understanding of tools, including spreadsheets and statistical methods for data analysis. Strong analytical skills to identify relevant data and make informed revenue-related decisions. Knowledge of hotel operations, marketing plans, security and safety programs, budget forecasting, and more. Proficiency in using PMS, reservation, and revenue management systems to implement optimal strategies. Responsibilities: Overseeing the ENTIRE Portfolio: Optimizing Room and Catering revenue for their ENTIRE portfolio of hotels, including full- service hotels and select-service hotels specializing in our specific brands. Collaborate with their team members who, in turn, collaborate with General Managers, Directors of Sales, Front Office teams, across the entire portfolio. Analytic & Strategic Planning: Develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximize revenues for their diverse hotel portfolio. Analyze market trends, competitor data, and guest insights to stay ahead in the industry. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest revenue management trends and technologies to ensure our hotels remain competitive. Key Skills and Qualifications: • Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Masters degree or CA preferred). • Experience: 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality sector. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in hospitality accounting software (e.g. Nimble, Inn-flow, QuickBooks). Advanced knowledge of MS Excel • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with hotel revenue management, POS systems, and occupancy metrics. Strong understanding of food cost accounting and inventory control. • Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
