Job Description

The Branch Head is responsible for driving business growth through the Agency Channel by leading and managing a team of Unit/Development/Agency Managers. This role involves recruitment, training, and mentoring of frontline managers and advisors, ensuring sales targets are met, and enhancing market penetration. Key Responsibilities: Business Growth & Target Achievement: Drive sales and achieve business targets through the agency team. Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Unit/Development/Agency Managers and advisors. Recruitment & Training: Hire and train high-performing managers and advisors to strengthen the agency network. Field Support & Joint Calls: Conduct joint fieldwork to support managers and advisors in achieving sales goals. Learning & Development: Organize training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling skills. Lead Generation & Need-Based Selling: Ensure effective lead generation strategies and promote consultative sales. Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and maximize market share in the assigned territory. Compliance & Process Adherence: Ensure adherence to regulatory and company policies. Key Skills & Requirements: Proven experience in Life Insurance sales and team management. Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Ability to strategize and execute business plans effectively. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Preferred Qualifications: Min Graduation in any Field Minimum 7+ years of experience in the Life Insurance industry, preferably in the Team Handling. For More Info.: Call : 93289 59079
