Ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and improving customer relationship through good service. Efficiently handling all branch operation related tasks. Follow up and monitoring of advances, including recovery / legal action. Compliance to the banks rules, internal guidelines, systems and procedures. Monitor the internal control of the Branch, so as to ensure a healthy overall outlook of the Branch/Bank. Effectively and efficiently handling any assignment given by the Management from time to time. Effectively manage the team and guide the sub-ordinates to achieve their individual targets. Desired Skills Prior Experience in branch banking is mandatory. Basic Knowledge in financial statement analysis, balance sheet and profit and loss accounts for proper sourcing of advances. Conceptual understanding of risk and risk mitigation strategies for internal control of the Branch. Regularly updating the bank’s polices /changes in the policies for proper implementation of systems and procedures. Strong communication (both oral and written) and negotiation skills. Good team management skills to ensure smooth operations of branches without any disputes. Analysis of customer requirements for proper selling of bank products.
