Unity at WinZO Game Engine Architecture & Tools: Develop modular, reusable C# systems—input, UI, audio, physics—while extending the Unity Editor with custom tools. Utilize Networking Tools: Leverage real‑time networking libraries (WebSockets, UDP/TCP) and RESTful HTTP frameworks to build robust client‑server communication, ensuring low‑latency, reliable data sync, and secure request handling. Performance & Profiling Pipelines: Build CI workflows that integrate Unity’s Profiler, automated performance tests, and platform-specific optimizations (mobile/desktop). Asset Integration & Pipeline Extensions: Create asset-processing scripts and custom importers to streamline art/animation workflows and maintain consistency. What You’ll do at WinZO Define the technical vision for the Unity codebase and tools, setting architecture standards and long‑term roadmaps. Lead system design for large‑scale multiplayer experiences, ensuring fault tolerance, scalability, and security. Drive performance benchmarks , establish SLIs/SLOs, and integrate automated profiling into daily builds. Architect and evolve tooling pipelines , from asset importers to custom editors, maximizing team productivity. Manage and mentor a team of Unity developers, conducting performance reviews and fostering technical growth. Collaborate with technical and product leadership to align on platform strategy and feasibility for new features. Your Toolkit to Succeed at WinZO Essential Skills: 7+ years leading Unity development with successful shipped titles. Mastery of Unity internals: engine lifecycle, memory management, and rendering pipeline. Deep expertise in networked game architectures and security considerations. Proven leadership in guiding teams through complex technical challenges. Setting up observability tools to monitor and track game performance (like load time, crashes) and manage the app size. Strong concept of Abstraction of code for third party developers and should have good knowledge of Assemblies in C#. Be proficient in multi-threading in the context of gaming and social engines such as audio managers. Preferred Skills: Experience with next‑gen Unity systems (DOTS, Data-Oriented Tech Stack). Published talks, blog posts, or open‑source contributions related to Unity performance or tooling. Familiarity with platform‑specific optimizations and plugin development.
