Purpose/Objective

We are looking for a highly experienced Deputy General Manager with a background in the Power/Energy industry to join our team in Kawai. As a Deputy General Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the mechanical turbine operations and ensuring efficient performance within the organization. Key Responsibilities of Role

Lead and manage the mechanical turbine operations to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity in turbine systems. Oversee maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and upgrades, to minimize downtime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues related to turbine operations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards in all mechanical turbine activities. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to enhance the skill set of the team members. Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to recommend innovative solutions for process optimization. Coordinate with external stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to support project delivery and maintenance activities. Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals on mechanical turbine operations for senior management.

Technical Competencies

Experience with implementing reliability-centered maintenance strategies.,Expertise in Mechanical Turbine operations and maintenance.,Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in the Power/Energy sector.,Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting technical data.

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
