Job Responsibilities Perform routine and non-routine chemical analysis and quality testing of dyes and pigments. Ensure all products meet established quality standards and specifications. Conduct wet analysis, titrations, sampling, and testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods. Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as pH Meter, UV, GC, HPLC (as applicable). Maintain accurate test records, analytical reports, and documentation as per QC guidelines. Ensure adherence to lab safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Support process improvement activities and coordinate with production for quality-related issues. Skills Required Strong knowledge of dyes, pigments, and chemical processes . Proficiency in analytical techniques and laboratory testing procedures. Hands-on experience in wet chemistry and instrumental analysis. Understanding of lab safety practices , chemical handling, and documentation.
