Lead Plant Operations (General Shift Support)

Purpose/Objective

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Plant Operations professional with over 10 years of expertise in the Thermal Power Generation industry to join our team in Raipur. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing plant operations during general shifts, ensuring efficiency and safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Lead and manage plant operations during general shifts, including monitoring all processes and equipment. - Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working environment. - Optimize plant performance by implementing efficient operational strategies and best practices. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot any operational issues and minimize downtime. - Supervise and mentor plant operation staff, providing guidance and training as needed. - Prepare regular reports on plant performance, including efficiency metrics and operational KPIs. - Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute operational improvement initiatives. - Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to enhance plant operations. - Ensure compliance with environmental standards and regulatory requirements. - Participate in emergency response and crisis management activities as necessary. Non-Negotiable Skills: - Extensive experience in Thermal Power Generation industry. - Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities. - In-depth knowledge of plant operations optimization.

Technical Competencies

Deep understanding of thermal power plant operations and maintenance.,Proficiency in process optimization and efficiency enhancement techniques.,Knowledge of safety protocols, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures.,Familiarity with regulatory requirements and environmental standards in the power generation sector.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in Thermal Power Generation industry.
