About Us:

Treasury Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor day-to-day treasury operations including cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.
Maintain strong banking relationships and negotiate credit lines, bank guarantees, and forex transactions.
Forecast cash requirements and develop robust liquidity management strategies.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, financial regulations, and external audits.
Mitigate financial risks through hedging strategies and currency exposure management.
Support funding strategies for expansion projects and capital investments.
Lead automation and digitization of treasury processes and systems.
Prepare treasury reports for senior management and board reviews.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including finance, legal, and procurement teams.
Ensure timely investment of surplus funds with optimal returns and risk controls.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA (Finance), or equivalent professional qualification.
7–12 years of relevant experience in treasury, banking, or corporate finance roles.
Proficient in cash flow forecasting, treasury operations, and banking platforms.
Strong understanding of forex management, working capital, and funding structures.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
