Key Responsibilities:
- Support fund raising through various instruments like Overdraft, Working Capital Demand Loan (WCDL), Term Loans, ECBs and NHB Refinance
- Interacting with Lenders to discuss and resolve their queries
- Meeting with bank officials and ensuring healthy engagement of Company's senior officials with key bank officials
- Preparing the loan documentation like loan proposal, CMA and other documents for procurement of loans
- Handling various queries of Banks/FIs
- Preparing the modification/amendment letter on loan sanctions
- Ensuring timely renewals of limits and resets of bank loans
- Continuous research on economy, debt markets, RBI regulations to enable the Treasury to make a more informed decision on funding
- Help in audit of the tasks under your purview.
