General Duties & Responsibilities
- Develops, leads, manages and motivates staff
- Monitors staff performance, works with Human Resources on issues, works with employees to implement goals and document progress
- Determines corporate cash requirements and maintains appropriate cash flow
- Manages and reviews the preparation of cash flow forecasts, investment portfolio performance analysis and other financial reports
- Oversees movement of any excess cash to and from investment vehicles
- Identifies foreign exchange and interest rate exposures and recommends hedging transactions to senior management
- Researches and recommends investment options available for short-term cash positions to senior management
- Ensures compliance with credit facilities
- Communicates with rating agencies
- Maintains relationships with bank group
- Other related duties assigned as needed
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
