Banking & Cash Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong banking and operational expertise to join our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process banking documentation, account openings/closures, and fund investment documents.
• Manage daily bank balances, funding requests, and payment processing.
• Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies.
• Administer online banking platforms and maintain accurate electronic filing and logs.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth banking operations.
• Provide support to team members and ensure timely delivery of client service standards.

Experience & Skills Required:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in banking, preferably in account opening or payment processing.
• Exposure to professional services or legal environments is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PDF tools.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Self-driven, service-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team setup.
