Treasury Manager

As the Treasury Manager - Back Office at BKNG Treasury, your role will involve overseeing key Treasury processes, particularly in Banking Administration and Electronic Banking Administration. Your responsibilities will include: - Daily administration of bank accounts and managing access rights across banking platforms in a global organization spanning over 70 countries. - Ensuring robust governance in bank account setup, user access management, and compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. - Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain or design new processes, implement automation, and streamline current bank administration procedures. - Leading a team of Treasury Specialists and managing operational and project-based work streams. - Developing strong cross-functional partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure effective management of bank KYC requests and mandate updates. - Continuously enhancing operational processes, driving alignment across stakeholders with automation and technology. - Actively tracking and evaluating key performance indicators associated with Back Office processes. - Training internal teams on best practices for data sharing, collection, and document management. - Establishing streamlined processes with key banking partners for KYC renewals and mandate updates with robust governance. Your qualifications should include: - Minimum 5+ years of experience leading and developing a team in an international environment. - Overall experience of 8+ years with a minimum Bachelor's degree. - Extensive experience in applying and working with (SOX) controls in line with Risk Management Frameworks. - Experience in managing bank KYC requests and AML and FinCrime knowledge. - Fluent in English and able to lead discussions across different seniorities. - Prior large-scale project management experience and strong organizational skills.,
