💼 THE ROLE
Position: Manager – Treasury
Experience: 7 – 17 Years
Location: Gurugram, Haryana 📍
Sector: Manufacturing (Footwear/Apparel/Retail preferred)
Budget: Up to 22 LPA 💰
🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
💰 Liquidity Management: Oversee daily cash flow, fund positioning, and inter-company transfers.
🏦 Banking Relations: CRM, Funds , Manage relationships with multiple banking partners and handle LC/BG/FDR operations.
📊 Financial Analysis: Lead MIS reporting, budgeting, and monthly/quarterly closing activities.
🛠️ Process Excellence: Leverage SAP (TRM/FICO) and advanced analytics (Power BI) to automate treasury functions.
⚖️ Compliance: Ensure seamless internal and statutory audits with Big 4 firms.
✅ REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in the Manufacturing Sector.
Deep expertise in SAP and Advanced Excel.
Strong understanding of International Banking and trade finance instruments.
Excellent communication skills to lead cross-functional teams.
