Job Description

As a Treasury Specialist, your role will involve working with Treasury, Banking, Forex, Treasury Compliance, and Commodity hedging. You will be responsible for preparing proposals, term sheets, Information Memorandum, and compiling other necessary information for fund raising activities. Your duties will also include monitoring and managing the organization's bank relationships, liquidity management, analyzing risks, forecasting funding and hedging requirements, and daily cash management. Additionally, you will manage debt facilities, interest rate risk, and foreign exchange risk by developing risk mitigation strategies. You will also be tasked with preparing management and board reports and designing key treasury processes. Your qualifications should include understanding and experience in treasury accounting, knowledge of accounting principles, financial markets, financial instruments, and debt instruments. You should possess knowledge of banking relationships and covenants, the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, handle sensitive information appropriately, and demonstrate excellent time management skills and attention to detail. Strong client relationship management, communication skills, and proficiency in computer software such as Excel and other accounting packages are essential. With a MAB Degree and 7-10 years of industry experience, your background should reflect attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality and error-free work.,
