• We are seeking a dynamic Travel Analyst to drive and analyze corporate travel data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Data Analysis: Analyze corporate travel data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities. Collect and analyze travel data from booking systems, expense reports, and vendor contracts.
• Reporting and Dashboards: Develop and maintain travel dashboards and reports. Generate reports that highlight travel spending patterns and support negotiations with travel vendors.
• Policy Development and Compliance: Support the development of travel policies and ensure compliance across the organization and adhere to company’s policies. Monitor travel budgets and provide financial insights.
• Vendor Management: Collaborate with procurement teams to negotiate vendor contracts. Evaluate travel program performance and suggest improvements. Work closely with finance team and other departments to resolve expense-related issues.
• Financial Management: Monitor travel budgets and provide financial insights. Assist in developing travel management tools and systems.
• Strategic Recommendations: Provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for travel programs.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on travel industry trends and regulations. Familiarity with global travel regulations and visa requirements is a plus.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI (preferable)
• Knowledge of travel booking systems and expense platforms.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist with administration of corporate card and purchasing card programs.
• Verify and approve expense reports in accordance with service standards.
• Act as a liaison for escalated corporate credit cardholder issues.
• Conduct audits of travel expense reports for conformity to travel policy
