Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to travel and card policy inquiries via email and Slack
  • Address fraud reports and lost card issues
  • Track cancellations and monitor cards with no spend
  • Run risk reports and trend analyses
  • Update policies and processes
  • Assist with guest and group travel requests
  • Troubleshoot platform issues

Skills & Attributes

  • 2–3 years of experience in corporate travel and card operations or similar service support roles
  • Familiarity with travel tools (e.g., Navan, TripBam) and card tools (e.g., Amex@Work, JPMorgan)
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel
  • Strong collaboration skills with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Service-first mindset with a passion for solving problems and improving user experience
  • Comfortable working across time zones with global teams
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders at all levels
  • Shift Time 10PM -7 AM
  • 2-way cab facility will be provided.
