Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Training Manager to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure training effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop targeted programs.
  • Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars to employees at all levels.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, progress, and feedback.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to trainers and employees to improve their performance.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
