Responsible for end-to-end recruitment.
Proactively source, identify & qualify the best suitable candidate for client requirements.
Should have excellent communication skills, Good interpersonal and team coordination skills
Effectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high-volume basis.
Require active coordination with business accounts and efficiency in feedback management.

Duties & Responsibilities

Should be a recent Graduate - 2024/2025 passout
Eager to learn the Recruiting process & be proactive
Working experience in any corporate sector is a Plus
Meeting targets and SLAs on daily/weekly/quarterly basis
