HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

IT Recruitment

Handle
end-to-end IT recruitment
for junior to mid-level positions.
Understand job requirements from hiring managers and translate them into effective job descriptions.
Source candidates through
job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical interviews.
Manage interview scheduling, feedback, follow-ups, and candidate communication.
Negotiate offers, issue offer letters, and support pre-joining activities.
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
Ensure a positive
candidate experience
throughout the hiring process.

HR Administration

Support
employee onboarding and documentation
(joining formalities, file creation, ID coordination).
Maintain
employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
.
Assist with attendance, leave management, and HR reports.
Coordinate with payroll/finance teams for employee data accuracy.
Support performance appraisal cycles through documentation and coordination.
Assist in implementing HR policies and processes.
Handle employee queries related to HR processes and administration.
Coordinate internal HR communications and announcements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of experience in
IT recruitment
, preferably in an IT services or software company.
Hands-on experience with
job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
.
Good understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring deadlines and also carry out admin related tasks
Proficient in MS Excel and HR documentation.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach.
